Meditation and Candlelight Yoga for all levels Sunday 12/10 5pm @ VR Clubhouse

Namaste Neighbors!

Whether new to meditation and yoga or dipping your toes in for the first time all are welcome.  We will begin class with gentle breathing techniques to relax your mind, body, and soul and end with gentle movements to release tension, gain strength, and connect our breaths to movement.

All fitness levels are welcome.
