Founder Jenn created Yoga N' Motion to make yoga accessible to everyone from all walks of life. Finding time to take care of our bodies and mind is becoming more challenging in our fast past lives. Bringing your yoga journey and mindful practice to you removes one more barrier from practicing your best life. We believe everyone should have access to Yoga and Meditation.
